Where's my download link?
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation from Shopify with your download link. Usually arrives within 2 minutes of purchase.
My dashboard isn't connecting to Excel.
Make sure you've placed the Excel file in the same folder as the .pbix file, and that you've opened Power BI Desktop before trying to refresh data.
