BI SmartStudio™ | Digital Delivery Policy

BI SmartStudio™ provides digital products that are delivered electronically. Because we do not ship physical goods, this Digital Delivery Policy replaces traditional shipping information.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products sold through BI SmartStudio™ are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply. Your purchase will not result in any postal or courier delivery.

2. How Digital Products Are Delivered

After completing your purchase:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• A download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  
• Your download link will also appear on the order status page immediately after checkout
  

Files are delivered instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your email provider.
If you do not see your download email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Accessing Your Files

Digital products may be delivered in formats such as:

• Excel files
• Power BI templates
• ZIP bundles
• PDF guides

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software to open the files. If your device cannot open compressed files, you may need to install extraction software. If you experience any issues accessing your downloads, contact us at info@bismartstudio.com and we’ll assist promptly.

4. Download Availability

Your download link is provided for your personal or internal business use only, in accordance with our Digital Product License Agreement. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or posting of download links is prohibited.

5. Incorrect Email or Failed Delivery

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout or did not receive your files:

• Contact us at info@bismartstudio.com
• Provide your order number and the correct email address

We will resend your digital products manually. We cannot resend files to an email address that is not associated with a valid order.

6. Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final. For full details, please review our Refund Policy (Digital Products).

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. File Security

We take file security seriously. Al digital products are delivered through Shopify's secure infrastructure, which includes SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant systems. Files are hosted on trusted platorms and transmitted via secure download links. While we do not manually scan files for malware, we ensure that only verified, final versions of our products are uploaded and delivered.
