Thank you for choosing BI SmartStudio™. All products sold through our store are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products, including templates, dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, or other downloadable files. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, the sale is considered complete.

 2. ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES 

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to issue refunds for:

• Accidental purchases
• Duplicate orders
• Purchases made without reviewing product descriptions
• Purchases made without checking software compatibility

 3. TECHNICAL ISSUES 

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your files, we are here to help.
Please contact us at info@bismartstudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Technical issues that can be resolved with support do not qualify for refunds.

 4. WRONG FILE OR CORRUPTED DOWNLOAD 

If you receive the wrong file or the file is corrupted, we will replace it with the correct version at no additional cost.

 5. UNAUTHORIZED SHARING OR MISUSE 

If a digital product is shared, redistributed, or used in violation of our Digital Product License Agreement, BI SmartStudio™ reserves the right to revoke access without refund.

6. EU 14‑DAY COOLING‑OFF PERIOD 

Under EU law, the 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply once digital content has been downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access to the digital product and waive your right to withdraw.
